Specially developed for extreme high-temperature working conditions of metal hot processing, the high-temperature forging and titanium alloy release agent and aluminum-magnesium alloy special release agent have ultra-high temperature resistance, which can maintain stable isolation and lubricating performance in high-temperature forging, die-casting and molding environments. The product can effectively isolate the metal workpiece from the mold surface, prevent high-temperature metal adhesion, sticking and mold blocking problems, and avoid workpiece deformation, surface scratches and defective products caused by mold sticking. It is widely used in titanium alloy precision parts processing, aluminum-magnesium alloy die-casting, and high-temperature sand core casting of mechanical parts such as turbine shells, providing stable and reliable process protection for high-temperature metal processing.
