KG Series Polymer Release Agent for Upper Molds

For a long time, pitting, severe skin adhesion, and difficulty in demolding on pipe piles have been major pain points for pipe pile manufacturers, and traditional release agents have been unable to fundamentally resolve these issues; Trusted by major pipe pile manufacturers, our company invested significant human and material resources and conducted hundreds of experiments to finally develop a polymer release agent that resolves these upper mold issues. Features: Through long-term observation and research, our company has developed a polymer-based release agent specifically designed to address pitting and skin adhesion on upper molds in pipe pile factories. Its most notable feature is that the vegetable oil contains solid POM particles, which lubricate the surfaces of both the concrete and the pipe mold, resulting in a smooth, mark-free finish between the pipe pile and the mold. Application Method

1. Clean the surface of the upper formwork thoroughly;

2. Mix according to the specified water-to-product ratio, then apply the release agent emulsion by brushing or spraying.

Precautions

Store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and rain. Unused release agent must be tightly sealed; otherwise, its shelf life will be compromised. If the undiluted release agent has not been used for an extended period, give it a brief stir to ensure uniformity before use. The diluted release agent emulsion is prone to separation; install a simple stirring device in the storage tank to ensure the uniformity of the emulsion’s active ingredients. If the mold surface is severely sticky, spray or brush on the undiluted solution during the first use to ensure the active ingredients penetrate the mold. After using it for a period of time and once the release performance has significantly improved, dilute it with water as appropriate.
