Product Overview
KS Series is an environmentally friendly release agent formulated from a blend of water-based polymers. It is manufactured using water-based polymer film-forming agents as the main component, combined with various surfactant additives. When applied to the interior of molds, it provides excellent release properties, effectively facilitating the smooth removal of concrete from the formwork during demolding. It also ensures a smooth surface on concrete products and preserves the concrete’s shape intact, and sharp edges intact. It delivers particularly remarkable demolding results in steam-curing processes and is primarily used in shield-driven subway segment factories, highway bridges, pile manufacturing plants, and utility pole factories.
