Product Overview
This is a high-modulus, two-component, solvent-free polymeric material capable of curing on both dry and wet substrates. As a unique high-modulus structural adhesive, it is primarily used for repairing concrete pipe piles and can achieve a concrete strength equivalent to C80.

Shelf Life
24 months. If opened and resealed, Component A has a shelf life of 12 months, and Component B has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in a dry environment.
Application Guidelines
Substrate Quality
The concrete substrate must be sound and possess sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N/mm²) and tensile strength (at least 1.5 N/mm²). The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, coatings, or surface treatment materials. The substrate may be dry or damp, but standing water and frost must be avoided.
Mixing
First, pre-mix each component separately. Wear appropriate chemical-resistant gloves and safety goggles. Weigh out Components A and B in the correct proportions. Mix with a low-speed electric drill (400–600 rpm) fitted with a mixing paddle for at least 3 minutes, until the mixture turns a uniform gray color. During mixing, promptly scrape off any material adhering to the inner walls of the mixing bucket to ensure there are no discolored streaks caused by uneven mixing before application. The amount mixed in a single batch should be used up within the material’s pot life.
Application
Apply the fully mixed material to the substrate using a trowel, putty knife, or gloved hands. Post-tensioning should be applied to the assembled components within the material’s bonding time.
