Product Overview
Expansion Coolant is a high-viscosity, high-performance specialty oil developed based on natural ester oils and extreme pressure additives, in accordance with the high technical standards of the tube industry. It is used to lubricate the sliding surfaces and guide rails of expansion machine heads during the production of large-diameter steel pipes for natural gas and oil pipelines. The product is easy to use, requires no dilution, and can be applied directly to steel pipe expansion processes. It is self-emulsifying and can be easily removed with water. This product is highly environmentally friendly.
