Coverage: 6–8 square meters per kilogram
Drying Time (25°C, 80% RH)
Touch dry: 20–40 minutes
Full Cure: Air-dry for 72 hours
Application Methods
Ready to use; can be applied with a paint roller or by electrostatic spraying;
Method 1: Paint Roller
1. Remove aluminum shavings, dust, and other solid contaminants from the surface of the aluminum formwork;
2. Clean industrial oil stains and emulsified contaminants from the surface of the aluminum formwork;
3. When applying with a paint roller, ensure even and thorough coverage (roll the roller back and forth across the formwork twice; the paint film thickness should be approximately 25–35 micrometers);
4. The formwork can be stacked once the paint film is touch-dry (the film will reach a touch-dry state approximately 20–40 minutes after applying the formwork preservative);
Method 2: Conventional Air Spraying
1. Remove aluminum shavings, dust, and other solid contaminants from the surface of the aluminum formwork;
2. Clean industrial oil stains and emulsified contaminants from the surface of the aluminum formwork;
3. Adjust the emulsion viscosity to the appropriate range;
4. Adjust the air flow, air pressure, and paint output to optimal levels, then spray the aluminum formwork;
5. Maintain a distance of 20–30 cm between the spray gun and the workpiece. Apply one back-and-forth pass; the optimal paint film thickness is 25–35 micrometers.
