    Product Features:

    1. Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, rust-free, and does not corrode workpieces or molds.

    2. Non-flammable and does not decompose at high temperatures.

    3. Excellent spreading and wetting properties, effectively covering the entire mold to prevent dry running.

    4. Leaves no residue or buildup, and does not affect surface quality.

    Instructions for Use:

    Before use, clean the mold surface and ensure it is dry. If the mold surface has been treated with other types of release agents, clean the mold thoroughly with a cleaning agent. Note: When cleaning the mold, ensure the area is well-ventilated.

    Step 1: Soak a clean, dry cotton cloth in 8100 Release Agent and apply it evenly to the entire mold surface by wiping or spraying, ensuring no areas are missed.

    Step 2: The mold can be used immediately after application, but it is best to allow it to dry for 5–10 minutes (depending on ambient temperature) before starting production. Apply with a brush or wipe with a clean cotton cloth.

    Water dilution ratio: 1:5–15

    Product Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:

    Packaged in plastic drums: 25 kg/drum, 50 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum. Non-hazardous, easy to store and transport;

    Shelf life: two years. Do not store outdoors; protect from sun and rain;

    Tighten the lid of any unused release agent to prevent moisture and impurities from entering.

    Take precautions against freezing in northern regions during winter.
