Product Features:

Product Properties:
This product is refined from high-molecular-weight polymer raw materials through a special processing technique. When used in the molding of rubber, plastics, thermosetting resins, polyurethane, thermoplastic resins, carbon fiber, and EVA. It enables clean, quick release from the mold, accelerates production rates, and reduces mold maintenance costs. It also provides excellent lubrication between metal and non-metal surfaces. Due to its extremely low surface tension and superior thermal stability, it can be widely used under extreme temperature conditions. Because this product is highly stable, non-irritating, and non-hazardous, it can be used with confidence.
Instructions for Use:
Simply spray or apply this product directly to the mold surface.
Precautions:
1. Using acid-sensitive pigments may cause color changes;
2. When using alkaline fillers, such as calcium carbonate, the acidic release agent will react with them, increasing the viscosity of the mixture; however, this will not affect the demolding effect;
3. If the filler is aluminum hydroxide, the acidic release agent will not only increase the viscosity of the mixture but also release moisture during the curing process, leading to issues such as bubbles and cracks.
4. For thin-walled, simple profiles, the dosage can be appropriately reduced;
5. For thick-walled or complex-shaped profiles, the dosage can be increased if demolding is unsatisfactory.
Quality Standards: The product complies with EU RoHS standards.
Product Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
Packaged in plastic drums: 20L/drum, 25L/drum, 50L/drum. Non-hazardous, easy to store and transport; shelf life is two years; do not store outdoors to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain;
Tighten the lid of any unused release agent to prevent moisture and impurities from entering.
