Product Overview:
Ceramic anilox rolls are key components in flexographic printing presses, offset press in-line coating units, corrugated box printing presses, and coating machines. During printing, coating, and varnishing processes, water-based inks, varnishes, and coatings often form a cured layer within the anilox roller cells, leading to cell blockage and adversely affecting print, coating, and varnishing results. Typically, this cured layer is difficult to completely remove from the cells. WWG Series Cleaner is a powerful water-soluble cleaner that is fully soluble in water. It works by breaking molecular bonds to remove water-based inks, UV inks, solvent-based inks, varnishes, and coating products. As a new type of gel-based professional cleaner, it is characterized by ease of use and remarkable effectiveness. It requires no auxiliary equipment and can quickly remove inks, varnishes, and coatings from the cells , restoring the ceramic anilox roller to a clean state and maintaining its original ink transfer and coating performance.

Usage Instructions ∶
Usage: Dilute with 1–3 parts water
pH: 10.5–13.0
Testing: Cleaning of cured water-based inks
Temperature: 30–60°C

Time: 10–30 minutes
Cleaning Process:
Pre-treatment: After shutting down the machine, allow the drum to cool to room temperature, then use a soft brush or scraper to remove large chunks of ink residue from the surface;
Be sure to wear rubber gloves and safety goggles before use. Pour the cleaning agent into the machine’s tank and dilute it with water at a ratio of 1:1–3;
Set the cleaning program according to the equipment manual to clean the cylinders; for stubborn stains, use a specialized wire brush to scrub while rotating the cylinder;
Once thoroughly cleaned, rinse the anilox roller surface with clean water and wipe the surface dry.

Packaged in plastic drums: 25 kg/drum, 1,000 kg/drum
Shelf life: 1 year. Do not store outdoors; protect from direct sunlight and rain.
