Instructions for Use:
Manual Cleaning: 1. Wear safety goggles and rubber gloves;
2. Apply the cleaner evenly to the surface of the anilox roller. If necessary, wrap a layer of plastic film around the roller to prevent the cleaner from evaporating;
3. Wait 10–15 minutes for the cleaner to penetrate the cells of the anilox roller;
4. Scrub the surface of the anilox roller repeatedly with a sponge brush or a specialized wire brush or brass brush until all ink, varnish, and other contaminants in the cells are completely removed;
5. After cleaning, rinse the anilox roller with clean water until all cleaning solution and residue are completely removed. Wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth.
