Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Release Agent is a high-performance release agent. It is suitable for demolding aluminum-magnesium alloy die-cast products (such as mobile phone casings, camera housings, precision electronic components, computer casings, aerospace products, automotive parts, lighting fixtures, and audio equipment); It is also widely used for lubrication and demolding in the die-casting processes of magnesium, aluminum, zinc, and other alloy components. It provides excellent cooling and lubrication, maintaining a smooth and bright surface finish on parts without affecting subsequent processes such as electroplating or powder coating; it offers high cost-effectiveness!

II. Product Features

Excellent Stability: Formulated with high-temperature-resistant film-forming materials, it exhibits excellent adhesion to high-temperature mold surfaces. Long-term use does not result in carbon buildup or oxide scale on mold or casting surfaces;

V. Usage Instructions

Dilution Ratio: (Reference Data) 1:80–200 (dilute with distilled water for better results). The reference data is based on results obtained from relevant companies’ practical experience; however, since the complexity of products and equipment varies among customers, operators should determine the dilution ratio based on actual conditions and personal experience.

Stir thoroughly before use. After stirring, apply directly to the mold using a spray gun. For products requiring subsequent processing (e.g., electroplating), degreasing and other pretreatment must be performed on the product before processing.

VI. Packaging and Storage

Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry location at a warehouse temperature below 45°C. Do not store upside down.

Keep away from heat sources, acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, and other corrosive substances. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Seal tightly after use.

Do not stack more than three drums high, and ensure they are at least 10 cm above the floor and away from walls.

Small drums: 25 kg per drum

Large drums: 200 kg per drum
