Applications
Primarily used for demolding polyurethane products manufactured via wet and dry composite processes, such as automotive headliners
Advantages:
1. Features excellent film-forming properties and a fine, smooth texture;
2. Excellent demolding performance, capable of repeated demolding;
3. The product does not cause chemical corrosion to molds;
4. Excellent high-temperature resistance; optimal demolding performance is achieved at mold temperatures of 100–180°C.

Usage Instructions:
1. Clean the mold: Remove debris and residue from the mold surface, strip off old coatings and adhesives, then wipe clean with a clean cotton cloth
2. Dilute with water: Dilute with water at a ratio of 3:1 to 8:1 before use
3. Apply the release agent: Apply using spray equipment or a brush.
4. Hot-press the mold: Wait until a complete film of release agent forms on the mold surface, then begin hot-pressing the mold.
Precautions
1. Depending on the mold’s complexity and the material being molded, reapply the release agent after multiple consecutive demolding cycles to enable repeated use.
Observe safety precautions during application; wear protective gear such as masks, goggles, and gloves.
