GZ Series Water-Based Release Agent for Pile and Utility Pole Molding
GZ Series is a new, eco-friendly water-based release agent developed specifically for PHC piles and utility poles; Currently, most pipe pile and utility pole manufacturers use ordinary saponified release agents. When mixed with water, the emulsion of these agents tends to separate over time, which affects the demolding performance of pipe piles and utility poles—particularly the upper mold of pipe molds. Long-term use can lead to skin adhesion and pitting, which worsen over time. Consequently, manufacturers are forced to manually clean the molds or switch to more expensive release oil products. To address this issue, our company has recently developed the GZ Series product. After using this product, skin adhesion and pitting on pipe piles will be significantly reduced or even eliminated. The surfaces of the demolded pipe piles and utility poles will be smooth, and the interior of the pipe molds will become increasingly glossy. This product has a milky white appearance and no pungent odor, making it unlikely to cause skin allergies even with prolonged worker contact. It is the product of choice for major pipe pile and utility pole manufacturers.

Appearance: Milky white liquid
Application Scope: Suitable for PHC pipe piles and utility poles
Ingredients: Modified polymer, release agent, surfactant
pH: 7–10
Coverage: 20–25 square meters per kilogram when diluted with water
Stability: Disperses evenly after dilution with water
Storage: Must be stored in a cool, shaded place; avoid direct sunlight or rain exposure
Instructions for Use:1. Dilute with water at a ratio of 20–30 parts water to 1 part product. Conduct a small-scale test before determining the dilution ratio; (if the coating adheres excessively to the mold, reduce the dilution ratio to 5 parts water to 1 part product)
2. If the diluted emulsion is left unused for an extended period, slight separation may occur. Stir gently before use to ensure the active release agents are evenly distributed throughout the emulsion;
Application Method: Clean debris and residue from the surface of the pipe mold. Depending on the specific condition of the upper and lower molds, dilute with water and apply using a mist spray.
