Instructions for Use:Mix with clean tap water at a dilution ratio of 3-4 parts water to 1 part release agent. Conduct a small-scale test before mixing to determine the optimal dilution ratio. When diluting, first add a small amount of water (approximately 0.5-1 times the volume of the release agent) to the release agent, stir slightly, and let it soak. Once the release agent is fully dissolved in the water, add the remaining water while stirring continuously to ensure uniform mixing.
Application Method:Clean the mold surface thoroughly. Dilute the release agent 3–4 times with water and apply directly using a sponge mop; alternatively, apply via mist spray. After spraying, wipe the mold with a mop or cloth dampened with the release agent to ensure the emulsion adheres evenly to the mold. Allow to dry before pouring concrete; Avoid exposure to rain during use; if exposed to rain, reapply the release agent.
Notes: When using the release agent in winter, if sticking occurs, make the following adjustments: 1. Appropriately reduce the water-to-release agent ratio; if the original ratio was 1:4, try adjusting it to 1:3; 2. Use hot water at 50–60°C for mixing to ensure the release agent blends thoroughly with the water; 3. If mold adhesion is severe, switch to an oil-based release agent instead of a water-based one, then return to the water-based release agent after a period of use; 4. Adjust the concrete mix design, such as the proportions of water-reducing agents, cement, sand, and gravel, as well as steam curing time.
