Professional Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner
- Commodity name: Professional Ceramic Filter Plate Cleaner
- Product description
-
Ceramic Filter Plate Industrial Cleaner is an eco-friendly cleaning agent carefully formulated using environmentally friendly plant-based acid chelating agents. It is primarily used to clean ceramic filter plates in mineral processing equipment. The product serves as a replacement for strong acids such as nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, capable of quickly removing residual metal ore powder and mineral processing additives from the surface of ceramic filter plates. It possesses strong penetrating power, effectively stripping away fine particles that clog the micro-pores of ceramic filter plates. After cleaning, the moisture content of the filter cake is less than 9%; The product contains no strong acids, is harmless to the skin, and does not corrode ceramic filter plates or stainless steel, meeting increasingly stringent environmental requirements.
Performance Specifications:
Appearance: Transparent liquid
Application: Cleaning of ceramic filter plates
Ingredients: Plant acids, chelating agents
Usage: Dilute the undiluted solution 5:1 with water and inject into the machine along with clean water. Cleaning a 45 m² ceramic filter requires 20–25 kg of undiluted solution
Stability: Disperses evenly after dilution
Storage: Must be stored in a cool, shaded place; avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rain.
Advantages:
Replaces strong acids such as nitric acid and hydrochloric acid;
Significantly restores mineral absorption and water filtration performance after cleaning, with filter cake moisture content below 9%;
Rapidly removes particulate matter, scale, and other residues clogging the micro-pores of ceramic filter plates;
Minimal change in micro-pore size of filter plates during long-term use;
Mildly acidic product; contains no strong acids; does not damage skin upon direct contact and is harmless to humans;
Ceramic Filter Plate Operation Process:
Mix cleaning agent concentrate with water in a 1:5 ratio and inject the solution into the ceramic filter plates. Clean using negative pressure and ultrasonic methods. The standard cleaning time is 30–60 minutes; if microporous blockages are severe or there is significant residue, the cleaning time may be extended as needed. The recommended cleaning temperature is 30–50°C. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
